# Torchly

> Torchly is the ad network for private communities. Brands submit one brief and Torchly coordinates matching, admin approvals, placements and reporting across a network covering 400+ communities and 2M+ members. Community admins approve every post, publish it in their own voice and keep 90% of community delivery spend. Unallocated delivery funding remains available as buyer credit for a future campaign.

Key facts: four platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack); every placement is approved by the community's own admin before it posts (an "admin-approved endorsement", not programmatic ad insertion); placement pricing is the default for first pilots, with performance pricing available when conversion confirmation is reliable; admins keep 90% of community delivery spend; a separate Campaign Activation Fee pays for managed execution. Attribution runs on unique tracked links and promo codes with server-side conversion postbacks.

For AI agents: Torchly ships a REST API and an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, so an agent can search communities, estimate reach and cost, and launch a distribution campaign programmatically.
